I have tried three different cases for my iPhone X. The only problem I had with the others, is they protected the phone, but were so slick, you end up dropping it far too often. They were also fairly bulky, but not "too bulky."This case is thinner, but it fits securely, seems to have adequate corner protection, and while the silicone is smooth, it provides a better grip than the other molded cases I have. At first I wasn't sure of the grip, but I quickly got used to it, and realized smooth, can still be grippy.What don't I like? Two things. The bottom is almost fully open. I don't anticipate that being a huge issue, until the phone falls, or I accidentally put keys in the same pocket as my phone.The second thing is the hole cut out for the Apple logo. Its a hole. Not flush with anything, and will do nothing but trap lint, dust, dirt, etc. After putting the case on, I immediately hated it, and continue to hate it. I believe they make a case without the logo cutout, and if I would have searched further, I would have bought that one.If you treat your phone like the expensive items they are, then this case should hold up very well. Only time will tell. This case is a much better value than the Apple silicone case, so there isn't a lot of financial risk in trying it.
